When the Peterson Management Group transitioned to a new payroll provider, Paycor, they discovered that their existing bridges between their POS, payroll, and analytics systems no longer worked. The company operates 12 restaurant locations across two brands, using NCR Aloha Cloud at seven locations and Mirus at five.

Without a working integration, managers had to process payroll manually, physically entering hours, tips, and timesheet data into the Paycor pay grid each week—a tedious, time-consuming task that could take over an hour per location, especially at sites with more than 100 employees.

1. Time and Attendance Punch Time, Tips, and Commissions from NCR Aloha Cloud to Paycor

Employee time, hours, and tip data are automatically transferred from NCR Aloha Cloud POS into Paycor each pay period. Automation collects clock-in and clock-out information, total hours worked, and applies rules to separate regular and overtime hours, as well as tips. Data integration ensures payroll is accurate and compliant, saving managers valuable time every week.

2. Employee Timesheet Data from Paycor to Mirus

This integration automatically creates and transfers a CSV file containing employee timesheet data from Paycor to Mirus. The integration securely delivers the file to the Mirus SFTP server—no manual steps or reformatting needed. This daily automation keeps payroll and reporting data in sync, providing managers with reliable, up-to-date insights without requiring extra work.
