Initially, the integration transferred data at a scheduled hour. Flexspring adjusted the process so the payroll team can wait for completed entries, foreman approvals, and schedule changes.
“We still wanted control over when we pushed the time through,” said Ashley Cisto, the company’s finance and operations manager. “Being able to start the transfer ourselves means we know everything is approved and ready to go.”
Email notifications proved equally helpful. After each run, an email confirms which records transferred successfully and identifies any issues. If a record needs attention, the team can correct the underlying data and easily rerun the transfer.
